Q: Do you offer refunds?

We know that buying digital products can feel like a leap, so we do everything we can to make sure you’re confident before purchasing. Because our downloads are instantly accessible, and due to the high rate of fraudulent chargebacks in the digital space, we do not offer refunds once content has been accessed. Digital products can’t be “returned” and this policy helps us to protect the integrity of our resources and community.

That said, we believe deeply in the quality of what we’ve created. If you show up and do the work, we’re confident you’ll see the results whether you’re a first-time terrace designer, a seasoned renovator, or dedicated professional looking for a fresh perspective. This website and all associated digital platforms, social media accounts, mobile applications (together, the Website ), contents, products, materials, and services (together, the Services) are licensed and operated by  Terrace Australia Pty Ltd. and it’s website Terrace [AU] (we, us, our). The terms you  or Client refer to any user or browser of the Website, purchasers, or consumers of our Services.

We reserve the right to refuse or grant refunds for the Services, pursuant to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Refunds on any digitally downloaded products including but not limited to; blueprints, templates, handbooks, and spreadsheets, shall not be granted.

Refunds on in-person or online courses and webinars are considered on a case-by-case basis, and requests must be submitted in writing to  [email protected] .  

Students must have completed their course(s) and demonstrate how the course(s) was not satisfactory.
